₹500 booking advance is required to confirm every appointment. Your booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy — Bengaluru
Refund is available only if cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy — Outstation
For Hubballi, Udupi and Mangaluru, refund is available only if cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Travel deduction may apply if travel was already booked.
Service Locations
Base city: Bengaluru. Services are also available in Hubballi, Udupi and Mangaluru.
Travel Charges
Travel charges apply outside Bengaluru and will be discussed and shown before booking confirmation. Outstation appointments should be booked well in advance.
Late Arrival
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
Pricing
Prices may vary depending on design complexity. Final pricing is confirmed during consultation.
Right to Refuse Service
NailOnCall reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe environment, disrespectful behaviour, or unsuitable nails for the requested service.
